*Mix 100 g flour, 6 tsp of sugar, make a well and pour in 2 sachets of baker's yeast.
*Add 2 pinches of salt (without it directly touching the yeast), 2 egg yolks, 60 ml milk and 30 g melted butter.
*Mix well. Add 2 whipped egg whites
*Leave to rise for 1 hour.
*Pre-heat the appliance.
*Fill the moulds with the dough and cook for between 5 and 10 minutes.
*2 batches will be necessary. Boil 2L of water, plunge the bagels into boiling water 4 at a time for 1 to 3 minutes, turning them over in the water.
*Drain them, sprinkle them with poppy seeds or sesame seeds and salt.
*Preheat the appliance, then bake the bagels for 12-15 minutes.
